Consequently, Countrywide Signs is delighted to announce that it has started the New Year with a bang by achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Quality management and customer service are at the heart of everything that we do here at Countrywide Signs. Our bespoke board management system allows customers to easily book, track and manage all of their jobs at the push of a button, saving valuable time.

Standards are essential to Countrywide Signs and the quality and numbers of complements that our franchisees receive from their customers, both during our monthly ISO9001 surveys and during our recent ESTAS campaign, is a reflection of the high-quality service that Countrywide Signs franchisees provide to Estate Agents both in the UK & Ireland.

So what does having an ISO certification mean?

A set of quality control guidelines is fundamental. It signals high levels of services and highlights a company’s commitment to consistency.

Companies who are ISO accredited have the advantage that they have a strong foundation on which to deliver the same quality and experience every single time.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard recognised the world over and is a quality assurance for customers that a certified company meets the minimum requirements in terms of product, service, and delivery. It is a reflection by a globally approved set of standards that must be met year on year through regular inspections and recertification.

An annual audit conducted by QMS International allows us to review processes, tighten up procedures and address areas of concern and while no review is ever without its failings, those areas that don’t make the grade are an opportunity for improvement.

We are acutely aware of ensuring the delivery of our service on time, which can be challenging with, an often fluctuating property market. We are also conscious of the need to maintain our positioning in the market by focusing on high levels of customer support, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. We have a strong history of working with Independent and National Estate Agencies, both residential and commercial.

We have been certified and successfully held the ISO9001 Quality Management System for 21 years now, and it’s worth noting that it takes at least six months to achieve ISO9001 certification. From application to registration, it meant that making this recognised standard of excellence was one of the first things Countrywide Signs set out to do as a franchisor when we founded in July 1998. Now, moving into 2020, we have just upgraded our certification to the latest ISO9001:2015 standards.
